My name is _____, I am an American (or Iranian-American), and I live in your district. I have been moved by the struggle of the Iranian people for their civil rights, and for democracy. I believe that it is in the United State’s self interest to support movements for democracy in the middle east, as they are fighting the same extremists we may face in the future.
It is unacceptable to stand by as the Iranian people are massacred just for their freedom of speech.
As my elected official, I ask you to take a stand against Iran’s current and illegitimate president, in your words and in your action. The United States must release a strong statement of support for the Iranian people. The United States must stop any support currently in place for Ahmadinejad.
As someone who loves America, I am counting on you to support our democratic ideals by speaking up in support of the Iranian people. A democratic Iran is in our interest

Dear Mohsen, It is time for the Persian diaspora to rise. I would contact your elected official with your story, and your sincere desire for England to support the people of Iran. Also, if you find a useful website in England for locating contact numbers for elected officials, forward it to me and I will post. We are together in this, and we can and will finally express ourselves to the world.
